H 3023 was introduced in the House on January 22, 2019. The Senate concurred the same day. The bill has been assigned to the Joint Transportation Committee.
The bill would amend the following language in Section 17A of Chapter 90 of the State General Laws to increase the maximum speed for motor vehicles from sixty-five to seventy miles per hour unless otherwise prohibited by federal law.
