Week Four of NMA’s Driver Courtesy Month 2022

The National Motorists Association presents Driver Courtesy Month with a presentation of 15 animations developed by the NMA’s Driver Education Committee and freelance animator John Weeden.

Each of the five Fridays in September on the Driving in America Blog, we are presenting three of the animations.  If you would like to see them all at once, click here.

Check out the next three animations below:

Scrape it Off!

Anytime there is snow or ice, scrape it off all windows and the top of your vehicle to keep yourself and other road users safe during winter driving conditions.

Weave Baskets, Not Lanes

Weaving in and out of traffic is not safe nor is it courteous to other road users. Don’t be that driver!

Yield Right

If you arrive simultaneously with other vehicles at a four-way or three-way stop, always yield to the vehicle on your right. Do this every time you drive so there is no hesitation.

What are the ways that you practice courteous driving every time you drive? Let us know by commenting below.

Thank you for your support of Driver Courtesy Month 2022 and of the National Motorists Association!
