LINCOLN CELEBRATES ITS 100TH ANNIVERSARY

On February 4, 1922, Henry Ford, with encouragement from his wife Clara and his son Edsel Ford, purchased The Lincoln Motor Company from distinguished inventor and automotive engineer Henry Leland for $8 million. The transaction set in motion the creation of one of America’s iconic luxury brands.

As the brand celebrates its 100th anniversary and storied past, it is equally focused on its exciting future. Lincoln is committed to delivering a portfolio of electrified vehicles and connected experiences that are unique to the brand and create effortless experiences for clients such as standard Pickup & Delivery, Lincoln Showcase virtual walk-arounds, and remote sales delivery, as well as pilot new services that give back what clients’ value most – their time. For example, the brand is currently piloting a new Mobile Vehicle Spa service in Houston, which provides clients a convenient way to get their vehicle detailed on their terms.

1956 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL MARK II

The Mark II most expensive luxury coupe in the world. See one of many models that demonstrate a century-long commitment to the stunning design and innovation that elevated Lincoln to iconic status.

William Clay Ford Sr. led the development of this vehicle as a tribute to his father, Edsel Ford. With an MSRP of $9,995, the Mark II was the most expensive American-produced vehicle of its time. Only 3,005 were hand-built and offered every luxury feature available. The Mark II won over the hearts of the most discerning luxury buyers and many celebrities including Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Nelson Rockefeller, and US President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

On display at the Lincoln stand is Elvis’ Mark II, purchased when his previous Lincoln was the victim of lipstick vandals expressing their admiration for the star. When he traded in his previous vehicle for the Mark II, his bias for this statement model was evident. Elvis’ Mark II is part of his personal estate and is on display at the Presley Motors Automobile Museum at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee.

2022 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR

The new 2022 Lincoln Navigator continues to elevate first-class travel with new exterior design elements, advanced technology, and purposeful features and experiences. The new Navigator is Lincoln’s first vehicle to offer ActiveGlide hands-free driver assist technology, and also arrives with two new, exclusive Black Label themes – Central Park and Invitation.
