Dear NMA Supporters,
The MTA asks again for input from residents and businesses in a number of upcoming public hearings. The Central Business District Congestion Tolling Program could charge up to $23(or more) per day for motorists driving into and remaining in Manhattan below 60th Street.
Before the hearings, here are some action steps for those who have interest:
- Read the Environmental Assessment
- Comment on the Environmental Assessment Online until September 9, 2022
- Subscribe here to receive email updates
- Attend or Listen to Public Hearings (Need to Sign up to Speak or Request Services)

Anyone wishing to speak at the hearings will have an opportunity to do so. It is requested, but not required, that those wishing to speak sign up by 7 p.m. the previous day at mta.info/CBDTP or by calling the Public Hearing Hotline at 646-252-6777.
